|Reg is a certified management consultant who leads Qual IT’s Consultancy Service. He has been in the technology and business domain for over 12 years bringing experience in driving quality through testing and successfully delivering results. He has thorough background in Consulting, Test and Project Management across different sectors of business. |
In addition to standard testing practices, Reg portrays strong experience in delivering real business value through the effective use of test capability framework and how to best manage test projects whilst gaining continuous improvement.
Reg has experience and knowledge of test methodologies which are applied to all projects and views testing as a critical part of the development process and is committed to creating business value through quality. He works with quality management teams to assist them to build and enhance testing capabilities within the standards, processes and governance aiming for higher maturity cycles in the quality domain.
His competencies are in Best Practice, Brain Storming, Governance, Problem Solving and Process Management.

He has brought on his consultancy experience from his many years in the banking industry and one of New Zealand’s leading Test Consultancies. Most recently Reg was the service line leader at KPMG NZ for their Testing Advisory practice. |

|Reg has provided guidance and thought leadership at a number of large organisations in order to develop their overall QA Capability framework and has also managed a number of project work.|
In some typical projects Reg has provided consultation at Fonterra Cooperative Ltd to build their SAP Test Capability framework and at Auckland Transition Authority where he provided technical consulting during their SAP implementation for Performance testing framework and governance. Reg has been responsible for the turnaround and development of the Testing Capability framework for Two Degrees Mobile to deliver quality testing outcomes throughout their quality cycle.
