Paul has a significant track record in Business Project Management, Implementation, Operational Management and Business Planning including over 20 years practical operational and strategic experience at senior levels.

He has facilitated successful strategic and operational outcomes and has a record of high quality delivery in a variety of sectors. These results have been achieved through the development and application of a deliberate project management approach, coupled with strong personal relationship skills, which include placing a high value on group facilitation and mediation.

He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) (with distinction) majoring in Service Management, and has qualifications in Property Management, Assessor Training and English Language teaching to Adults.

Professional background

Paul’s skills, knowledge and experience derive from a strong background as a Senior Manager in large organisations and more latterly as a freelance manager/consultant - managing complex design and implementation issues.

He is a former Principal Tenancy Mediator, and is the recipient of a Special Service Award from the NZ Organisation for Quality (NZOQ) and the Challenge Properties Award for Property Estate Management.
